Morgan Kromm - President
Morgan Kromm grew up on the Central Coast of California with horses but didn't get into ranching until she was 16. She started helping her cousin day-work on the Chimineas ranch in Cuyama, CA, which lit a fire inside her for the ranching industry. She moved to Mammoth Lakes, CA, at age 20 to work for a pack station and met her husband Andrew, the first summer she was there. They lived and worked on ranches in Mammoth Lakes and Coalinga, CA, before moving to Harney County to take a job on a ranch in Fields in 2015 and have been in Harney County ever since. In 2022, they started a trucking business where Andrew primarily hauls cattle while Morgan runs outside leases for a cow/calf operation.
Morgan graduated from high school in Los Olivos, CA, and is a Certified Nutrition Coach and Personal Trainer. She has also obtained her Master's of Beef Advocacy. With fitness being a large part of her life, she is a proud member of Oregon's Team BEEF.
Not long after moving to Harney County, Morgan stepped into the Secretary role for Harney County CattleWomen. She served in that position for over two terms before being elected as HCCW President for the 2020-2022 term. Aside from being the current President for OCW, she chairs the OCW fundraising and media committees.
Morgan enjoys reading, showing her ranch horses at cuttings and team brandings, building websites, attending church at Crane Fellowship, and expanding her knowledge about the cattle industry in any way possible.

Gabrielle Homer - President Elect
Gabrielle Homer grew up on a hay and Christmas tree farm near Dallas, Oregon. Her parents Ted and Fran Molinari had both grown up in New York City and moved to Oregon shortly before she was born. Gabrielle got her first horse at 3 years of age, and participated in 9 years of 4H horse program and 4 years of 4H sewing. She worked on the family farm and was driving hay hauling truck by 12. She also started working at the local newspaper office at 15 and worked in newspaper for several years. After graduating from Dallas High School, she attended Willamette University for one year, and then transferred to Oregon State University where she completed a BA Degree in Economics. After completing management training with First Interstate Bank in 1990 she worked in banking management until moving to Fossil, Oregon in 1995 where her parents had semi-retired and she met Will Homer, who she married in 1996.
Working several part time jobs as is common in small rural towns, she started helping her mother-in-law Glenda with sales and logistics for Painted Hills Natural Beef in 1999.
From that first entry level position, she has since performed every function in the company and currently serves as CFO, CMO and Corporate Secretary/Treasurer.
Together with Will, they have 2 sons, Trey aged 25 who works on the family ranch with his grandfather Mehrten and Uncle Lee, and Cal (22) who is studying Ag Economics at Texas Tech University and plans to move back to Oregon soon. Trey and his wife Alyssa have two beautiful daughters Magnolia May and Juniper Jean. Aside from spending time with her granddaughters, Gabrielle likes to work out, ride her (son Cal’s) horse Boogie, and is an avid reader.
Her favorite thing about being an OCW member is “…absolutely the welcoming, caring, principled, beautiful women in the group. I wasn’t sure I would belong but they made me welcome from the first moment and I felt right at home with the group. I love that we support the cattle industry, beef, and agriculture with promotion, education and advocation.”
